Clearance Requirements for First-Year Students
The following documents (Original and Photocopy) are to be provided by first-year students to successfully complete the 2014/2015 clearance exercise:
- First Sitting O’ Level Result
- Second Sitting O’ Level Result (if any)
- Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
- Acceptance Letter
- Guarantor’s Letter
- Affidavit of Good Conduct
- Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cults
- JAMB Provisional Admission Slip to RSUST
